HR ReflAct is the initiative led by two passionate professionals who are committed to a better connection between HR and the business through insight, reflection and action.

Why? We are convinced that there are still countless wonderful opportunities where organizational development, coaching and HRM come together. And we believe that it doesn't have to be complicated to seize these opportunities.

We have developed a process in which we help 'the business' and HR departments to optimize their connection in three simple steps in a coaching manner. This way, HR can utilize its full potential and the organization can focus on what it is so successful at.
